Prewiring a home

I have a lady's home im gonna prewire. Its a brand new house being built. There is no sheetrock up yet. she wants me to do the cable with rg-6 and the phone line with cat5e. there are 6 cable outlets and 7 phone and data outlets. 1 story house and about 2500sq ft. She is paying for all materials needed. how do i bid this job and what should i be looking for when i bid it? Please Help
