Sounds like a major blow to your production. Real sorry to hear of this. Hampton Roads and Richmond have FTTH for VZ. This has brought alot of UG rigs into the area. May be a place for a low life to put this stuff to use. Contact Ivy Smith (Prime) and forward VIN's and pics, if you got them. You also may want to post pics on the web so we can help find this equipment. I am all over and will definately stop and check VINs on any equip that looks like yours. Cable Bar may want to open a new Discussion topic labeled "Stolen/Missing Equip" We had an OTDR and some other fiber equip stolen a while back and it hurt.
