I Despise the man, but he's no idiot. This painful natural disaster is a chance for him and his toadies to attack the Davis-Bacon act and other protections for working people that have hampered his ilk from just having all the money. This is class warfare plain and simple. Why anybody who works for a living votes for these people is beyond me. Listen to his mom's comments about this tragedy.
