Just in case you're not able to get that specific manual, go to SCTE.com and obtain the SCTE Recommended Practices for Network Construction. Both Aerial and Underground (Coax) as well as fiber is available. I trust that you're an SCTE member, right? If not, get hold of any of your friends on the operator side or not. Maybe they can get you a copy or two.
