You are not the only one with the same Charter type story. I ran a job about 4 years ago in California for a contractor that was rebuilding a charter system. I would say about 50% of the town was finished when they came to us and told us to stop all rebuild construction. To this day 4 years later the same town is still not finished being built half of the town is running at 870mhz and the othr half still at the old 450mhz. Half the town has HSI service and the other half does not.
Mabye someday they will finish up the build and complete the city
Then agian mabye not
