Well thats great if you get the sales commission. But as I am currently contracting for Media Com the Forms are a total hassle with no benefit whatsoever to me regardless of what the customer decides. I have to get them signed and filled out whether they are accepted or declined. Between the quick connect forms and the drop certification forms the paperwork gets to be intense.
And on top of that you have forms going out to customers who already have digital and HSD so then there is confusion when the customer wants to know if this applies to them. Another thing is We are only assigned equipment to and the forms say get more while I'm here. Never gonna happen not to mention the accounts arent provisioned for Modems even if you have an extra.
Anyways.
