Currently work for Amtec in the north east. I am a construction supervisor for them. They seem to treat their subs very well and the pay scale percentage wise tips toward the contractor more than the usual split. If they are good that is. It also helps when you don't gripe all that much about the one tap cut that sometimes comes across our plate. Pay is always on time and this company seems to growing rapidly in the 1+ year I have been here.
