Just a thought on the response to katrina. Everybody is now pointing thier fingers at the other guy to place the blame on the disaster down in new orleans now that our countries preparedness for this kind of thing has been tested. This could have been a terrorist attack that caused this devastation. The response would have been just as bad. Dont think your local city or state government would have taken any better care of you and your family any better. Those people have lived with the imminent threat of this exact scenario for decades now and it seemingly came as a big surprise to everyone. I live in cleveland and I knew this could/would happen. I guess the moral of my ranting and raving is get your **** wired tight, have money hidden along with a survival kit and be prepared to run for the hills and live self sufficiantly because we cant count on anybody especially the government to take care of us next time the **** hits the fan.
