The only thing I have a problem with is that you don't have to be a criminal to go to tent city. They lump in everyone together, so the same guy that gets arrested for a warrant on not paying fines for having expired registration is housed with the same guy that killed someone.
There is also no seperation between convicted and people awaiting judgement.
I guess it can't be perfect and it works well for now. Just hope I don't ever have to go to jail over there. Almost did once
