My neighbor from down the street stopped in to ask if I could take her son to school with mine. She is a csr with twc here in Austin. I quit subcontacting to twc a year ago because of the prices. She informed me that twc now has seventeen contactors in town. The last guy that hooked up my other neighbor did not even have a safety on the pole. Real qualified people ....l
