Actually, Frank runs a good clean business with Baker Capital. Although his website name can be misunderstood, he's actually trying to convey to the small cable company waiting for payment to "take his money" (meaning Frank's companies money).
Although a few out there have given factoring a bad name, Frank provides an invaluable service to his clients that are trying to get their folks paid and keep their subs happy. No, the funding isn't free, but it's quick and reliable.
In the past, I have refered small cable outfits to Frank that I couldn't help for whatever reason (perhaps to small, working for a risky payer, etc.). I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
Just thought I'd defend one of factorings "good guys". Not all are, I'm aware. We get bad-mouthed enough from folks who don't always understand what we do and how.
Anyway, all you "Dawgs" and families have a safe and enjoyable Labor Day Weekend.
