Not to mention - gas prices! My hub mapped out a course to Jackson, MS through mygasprices.com and based on getting from here (WNY) to there, it would cost $400 just to GET THERE. And that was at last week's gas prices. Now add your hotel (hopefully) and anything else and you are working to pay for your gas/room. No, I think unless there is a really good for sure opportunity, it's better to stay put and make do with what ya got. What is amazing is some of the prices offered are less than what was offered last year - the greed is increasing evidently! Good luck to those poor victims of this devastation - it is going to take months to sort through the mess and get some semblance of order restored.
