It's a small market, the Installation Supervisor was a incompetent tech so he was promoted to management to get him out of the field. I still am amazed that the plant manager can walk standing upright, his spine has turned into rubber. If you have been in the contracting business for any time you will have probably run into these types before. Again, it's a small town with one fulfillment contractor MCS. The owner of MCS has been in the system for at least 15 years. I you have other questions PM for further details.
