I was living in SLO County for 4 years until I retired from the Navy and went to work for Olympic Credit Fund in the factoring business out in Tampa, Florida. Can't answer your cable questions, but I most certainly loved the area and would be happy to pass on any info along those lines that I could. "Legends" was right...not cheap but where in California is it ? Good luck.
