thats true most of the time. i pmc inc. worked for allcomm networks inc. out of stuart fl. joe kilinski pres. doing the up grade for adelphia in homestead fl. we 22 man crew did a good job for him and he still owes us over 53k. he has maintained the position that he got ripped off by adelphia just before this project and he kept his company afloat on my companies back.. he also said he would pay us in due time and still no money. cable in many instances has become a dirty business.
