no dish allows the installer to charge the customer for the phone lines if needed to be ran. if cumstomer wont pay for them then it will cost them 60 a year more if the have two rooms or 120 a year for 4....that is how i pitch it all the time you can pay me 25 a line to runt hem for you and you will save atleast 35 a year on your bill compare to DTV....for most people it is a no brainer and when someone isnt willing to pay that means that im probably gonna get a chargebcak from dish one them and dont really want to install them....
