My first hand knowledge was based on actual payroll data processed as an average over the last several months for technicians currently doing installations. Their earnings are an average based on a 40% payout with company trucks, nextels, benefits, etc. Overall, a fair package given industry standards. Unfortunately, it's not a fair wage for the work that's done.
