The best thing to do is when you call to activate the reviver press #2 to modify the work order,then have the csr ad a phone line fee to the account, it keeps the message about the phone line fee from popping up in a few days.Then explain to the customer that if they get a wireless phone jack they can receive a 5.00 a mo discount."remember if they had an ird in each room they would have a 5.00 ird fee anyway.ps best to do this after the paper work is done,,,lol
