Re: premier communications

From what i can tell they recenty aquired some teritory around the dakotas, what used to be express and a few others. I think lower mangement is fresh out of the box in many places. Last I saw they were unstable to say the very very least. As for the rate cuts, probably came with the roll out of company trucks. Would wait awhile if your looking to go in house.
