Unfortunately, noone ever answers that Phone # or the local # that they run in the newspaper or cabl bar ads. From what I hear, they are trying to get as much work as they can as quick as they can, but the workers they get aren't bringing quality and they are missing time frames. Not good in the MSO's eyes. I have talked to a manager, though, and he seemed to be straight-forward and actually kind. So I guess maybe he doesn't know cable!
