Funny,
I contracted for Charter for many years and never once did I have a problem getting paid, it was always on time and correct. This was work done for them over 6-7 year span in TX, CA, MA, IN, IL, MO & AR. Can say out of the big 5 they were always one of the best a long with Cox when it comes to getting paid. Comcast/TimeWarner/Adelphia are another story it seems to depend on the area you are work for them in.
