Sounds to me like he is looking for the security tool to open the Telecom side of the network interface (usually a gray box ON the house) lools like a screwdriver with a allen wrench (hex) type of blade with a small hole in the end. I've seen them on the internet, but can't remember where. Doesn't sound to me like he wants a can wrench. Am I wrong?
