Sounds more like a can wrench. Klein makes them cat.# 68005.
Graybar or any electrical supply store will have them. It is called a can wrench. They will probably not know what you are talking about so take the Klein # with you. If you are looking for the 3/8"x7/16" tool that is used to open peds or nids.
