I was an employee for them and just quit the other day!
Could not put up with all the back charges the non pay for overtime all the missing pay which they blame on orical and tell you that the burden of proof is on you to find the missing money
and then they will spend 6 months researching it and maybe youlle see it.
All the back charges because they can't keep the right equiptment in stock to complete a job. Then tell you to go purchase it at the local hardware store because you will surely be back charged if it isn't installed to spec.
In my Ten years this is BY FAR THE LAMEST UNORGINIZED MISFIT BUNCH i have ever seen.
And to answer the litigation question , yes they are and by alot of employees and for very seriouse infractions on labor laws.
