Any Trouble With Sb5101 Cable Modem

Is Anyone Having Trouble With The 5101, Especially In An Adelphia System? Seems These Modems Need To Be Power Cycled Every 30 Min-2 Hours. They Lock Up And Lose The Ip Address. We Have Been Told That This May Be Due To The Modem Having The Wrong Firmware. Any Info Would Be Greatly Appreciated.
