Same thing with SBC out here. We have waited over a week to have our service fixed also. When you talk to the techs they tell you how backed up they are and how they work 70 hours a week. But when I'm up on a pole doing a transfer and trying to get all the crap they wrapped us with out of the way, their sitting in their truck taking a nap for 2 hours at the park. I wish I had to work so hard for 70 hours a week. LOL
