If every one in the industry demanded extra money like every other industry gets in the country for weekends I bet the mso's would start thinking twice about making weekend appointments.
When are you folks going to start thinking for yourselves and stop letting these pieces of crap dictate your lives. Let a few suites w/ there cushy jobs have to throw the hooks back on.
Im telling you guys you are the problem. They are going to keep taking until you start standing up for your rights. Im not for unions either but rather unified practices in the industry nationwide. Just say no to these aholes and maybe change will be good.
