Re: TW box activation

When we first started using the digitial boxes here in Austin years ago we ran into the same problem. We found out that most of the time it is the people at TWC dispatch. Rates or whatever is not entered correctly. I would hook up the cable, but not plug in the box until after I had called in the hit. Good luck
