Good Luck on that. This is one of those SAD little things counties and states can do called "Eminent Domain" and it truly does nothing but screw the land owner for the good of the 'more'.
hopefully your lawyer can do his/her homework and get the specifics needed to at least get you what is justly due as we all know the state/county is putting that road in regardless.
