ok.

But, what I need it is your previous experience, regarding to the time of coming back online in case the failure go away or was solved by the technicians in the field. Let;s say that a Thomphson will come back more quikly than a cisco when you work in a Docsis 1.0 environment when you use 3Com CMTS or an Webstar will come on line more quikly than an Thomphson when you work with an Cisco CMTS.
