Ok let’s back up not all installers work full time, many are part time students act. I did not have 10,000 flat I had a 's on the end meaning between 10,000 and 20,000 for a rookie with no experience (New Hire) that means you need train them. And we are talking in-house not Sub. Most in-house installers start out between $8 to $10 per hr.
