Must be all the money they get from the backcharges they enforce on the contractors - missed appointments, failed QCS, jobs not closed, discos in error, missing meter readings, etc etc etc. $75 per backcharge for a job at most you only bill $40 for..... sounds like a win-win for Comcast.
