ok i am paying for hotel giving work for a six day week letting everyone keep there custom but i can't find good techs. i pay 70/15 and 70/20 in other areas but i can't find any techs that can handle the work load and willing to work/please don't tell me that the pay is low because you know and i know that getting this pay is hard for a lot of techs so if you have any ideas let me know
