If its Ricks Company then I will say that they do pay. There is other things to watch out for though. Backcharges for one, and sometimes not getting paid on different jobs with no reason or paperwork backup. So you are not sure which job they have not paid you for. They want it to Specs which is fine. But they might give you 6 jobs in a day and how you can do 6 and keep it nice is beyond me. I work to live, I dont Live for Work.....My 2 Cents...
