Small claims court. Depending on where you live, how much is owed, and whether you are owed by a corporation or an individual. If it is a corporation, skip small claims and go to either municipal, district, or state court. You don't need a lawyer, but a corporation does. They will settle with you quick to avoid paying legal fees.
