What are you certifying exactly?

What matrices are being used to calibrate what is acceptable?

What documentation is being collated and submitted?

How are you processing the information?

What test & measurement equipment are you using or is this really just an audit?

Who is going to notiify the customer to let them know that somebody will be by.....if applicable?

These are just some questions that come to mind
