Enough is enough!
My fellow laborers, it is time for ALL tech's to join together and have a one day per week call-in. Take a day off and visit your doctor, get the truck maintained, and spend some time with the family.
It must be random and cordinated with your coworkers so that the message is sent. The best days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I realize this is a last ditch desparate effort, but the higher ups must feel what they are sowing. I am comforted to know that Head Managers will reap what they are sowing, When they effectively ruin their own jobs by replacing high quality experienced tech's with low wage workers who will look at the clock all day and have the mentality that the production doesn't matter. At the end of the day they will be making the same $$$.
