But I have seen in and around Okla. City, where the they have lashed fiber to their neautral. I really dont think it has anything to do with catv. I believe they use it for their own personnal needs. But I guess it is possible.

As far as sending signal over electrical lines. You got me stumped on that. It would have to be somehow upgraded to a super hi freq.//then converted back to a usable freq. at the home. I would think, but really not sure, just a guess.
