I feel your pain and share your anger. Unfortunately a few of us have been down this path with Companies that do this type of thing to the employees and Cablepro is correct. With the type of BK they filed, we ARE the last in line. WE would stand a better chance to not only get a better margin on monies owed to us, (.75 on the dollar vs. .o on the dollar), but we may also have the opportunity to get the Judges attention (providing we get a judge with empathy to the working guy) and he could decide to read through the smokescreen of Cerberus and make them come clean with the wages.
All to be seen but your local labor board will even tell you they are powerless once the company files BK.
Yes, it does suck but lets all channel our energies and work together to get what is due our employees.
One way may be to start a grass-roots campaign to start boycotting any product line of Cerberus !!!
Once you look into them you will see they have their hands into a lot of things... such as Alamo rent-a-car and National rent-a-car and a myriad of other businesses.
Stockholders speak volumes when these types of campaigns are launched against their companies.
Think about it and lets get ALL of our Brothers and Sisters to band together.
