too damn many kids thinking they ought to start at the top and go up. I worked witrh this kid who was sloppy as hell, but was made a lead tech because he would do stuff that no one else would.
as for the work ethic, I was instilled with a "get it done, and done right." attitude. If I do a job, you know you won't have to go back and fix anything, the worst thing I left was maybe putting only one screw in a ground block or splitter. thats it. as for the born too latre remark, I am 37, right between the gen Xers and whatever else is out there.
Do I think I am perfect? hell no!! I know I am NOT perfect, that is why I double and triple check my work. so comment away, I was just agreeing with you fellows.
