Its easy. In this forum (site issues) compose a message that says "subscribe linemen" without the quotation marks.
In the Body of the posting, duplicate that (subscribe linemen).
*Note* its linemen ---not lineman.
Once you have done that, it allows you to enter the lineman forum which shows up right below the discussion section of the CABL Bar and just above the For Sale Section.
It has taken the place of the old "unmoderated" section. It requires following these directions or you are deemed not worthy!
Come on in---we are just getting warmed up.
