your hsp's are intent on putting the independents out o biz or drive the prices so low they can't afford to operate. yet, dtv and dish both require sbca's from their hsp's yet expect someone that's made an effort and actually has some understanding of how it all comes together not to mention the use of their own truck, tools and gas plus the ability to perform, to work for chump change. sbca's need to organize and demand, otherwise the 2 year fee and recert. means nothing.
