GFC will go into receivership once they do so you must file with the receiver in order to get any money, and usually the larger debts get paid first. I would recommend all of the contractors get together and file a class action suite with the receiver agents GFC this will make it more likely for you all to get some money back and you can all share the legal fees instead of each of you paying on an individual bases to file.
