I agree with Dave,
I don't believe for a moment Charles had anything to do with this. Even all the way up to Ed, I don't think anyone that had actual links to the field would have done this and intentionally knew about what was in the making.
I was whole heartedly recruiting employees that would make a difference, Ed and Charles both would vouch that as a whole we all wanted the best and be able to provide the best. If you want to attempt to point fingers then the people that funded from the top would be a start and I don't know that everyone there was even on the same page.
Alot of GOOD people got burned in a bad situation and when it comes down to blame, people always start at the Ops level and work upwards when in fact it always rolled downhill in the first place.
I believe without doubt Charles, Al, and the rest of the directors and ops under them had only good intentions.
