Both , (r.i.p.gfc) and (FlyingMonkey) , are stating the straight up truth. If you have not recieved a check by now, Do not expect one in the next few days. After the courts decide how to allacate the holdings, you may recieve a portion or even possibly more depending on court proceedings. In the meantime , You are 100% eligible for unemployment compensations, Its not a hand out: youv'e already payed for it through company contributions. Go to your state unemployment office today and collect what we all pay for just in case this crap happened to me.
