Can you help us, Please?
You seem to possess the skills to dig up information on just about anything out there. I am in search of any information available on GFC (and Cerberus) as it relates to the Chapter 7 filing. Is it local or fed? Judge? Attorneys?
Any information or processes needed to help us follow to recover any wages due or method to go after them for intentionally delivering checks they knew would be rejected by the banks?
