They filed Chapter 7 today not Chpter 13. The difference being Chapter 13 is a re-org where the compnay wants to remain in business. Chapter 7 means they threw in the towel. Let's face it, after the mess corp. made they name GFC is less than dirt now. The name carries no good will.
