What to do?
I owned a CATV/Telephony construction company for 12 years with up to 75 people on staff that I sold in 2001. Since then I have decided retirement at 45 is too boring and I desire to return to work. My problem is that when I apply for jobs, I have problems with referances from MSO's either because they have a policy of not giving them or the managers I worked with are no longer there. What do you do?
