Thats why we have to use "U/L" (underwriters labratories) approved cable only when running it inside. Look at a peice of flooded cable and it is not u/l approved, thats because it puts off a toxic chemical when it burns. If my house catches fire I gonna sniff out the toxic stuff before I leave. I bet a congressman was behind the whole ruling, he probably owns "Belden". Is there anything washington doesn't know?? They know everything thats best for us.
