Re: Cost of pole mount

OPIE.
A few weeks ago I did a pole mount that cost $290.00.
Consider:............6x6 wood pole x 20'
eight (8) #40 concrete
trench----not spade in---two double flooded cable with
ground 60' For a multisat you have too much cable to push
into a sod cut, you gotta dig a little trench x 60"
After all this the customer wanted another ird. After I had quoted a price the DTV call center said they would do it for FREE........and scheduled a HSP guy to arrive a few days later with a 5 x 8 multiswitch and run the additional line and ird . He put silicone on my fittings at the pole and changed all my new F fittings at the ground block-He even took my new chrome 4 slot ground block.

The next one will have to be more. The SP of a 6x6x20' is $100.00, I had a used one I paid less for,

Your price for the standard pole in concrete is what I charge. Watch digging in the four cable runs-you cut one and you gotta find it etc.
